Rose Taylor brings more than 20 years of accounting, tax, and business advisory experience to entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries.
After earning her BBA in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma, Rose built her career working with both public and private companies, from small businesses to multi-million-dollar organizations. As an Enrolled Agent, she is federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS and is passionate about helping business owners understand not only their numbers, but what those numbers mean for the future of their business.
What truly sets Rose apart is that she doesn't just advise business owners; she is one! Throughout her career, she has built, operated, and invested in businesses spanning accounting, restaurants, real estate, retail, and e-commerce. She understands firsthand the challenges of managing cash flow, hiring employees, expanding operations, making payroll, and balancing growth with profitability.
Rose believes accounting should go far beyond compliance. Steven’s work centers on creating lasting value for clients, whether through strategic marketing, operational improvements, or leveraging trusted relationships that open new doors for growth. He believes every business owner deserves clarity, confidence, and a partner who understands the journey.

Nicholas Meyers is an experienced accounting and finance professional with over 20 years in various industries including agriculture and manufacturing. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Oklahoma and holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Okahoma. Nicholas is a proven leader in the development of organizational structures, capital investment, and software implementations.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Katie Stretch, a native of Alaska, now calls El Paso, TX her home. Equipped with an Associates Degree in Business Administration, focusing on accounting, she has accumulated a wealth of knowledge through her extensive 20-year career in accounting, collaborating with a wide range of industries. During her leisure time, Katie finds intrigue in the world of true crime, and she cherishes the moments spent with her three daughters.
KATIE BAIRD
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Katie works primarily with all clients' payroll and sales tax processing. She handles day to day payroll, quarterly reporting, and tax filings. When she's not issuing pay stubs, you can find her at the lake surfing, working out, or cheering on her race car driver husband!
GLORIA DALE
Gloria has worked in both public and private industries for over 30 years. From her experience as the Business Manager of a boutique law firm, to Director of Finance for a leading non-profit arts organization, she brings to the table the ability to collaborate and make your numbers real and tell the story of your company, all while minding the intricate rules surrounding IRC 280E and 471. She currently sits as Treasurer on the board of The Arts in Guthrie, OK. She is an avid photographer, loves to travel, creating zen, and spending time with friends and family.

with a BBA in Accounting, Stephen enjoys explaining tax and financial
concepts in everyday language so clients feel confident making important business and financial decisions. Outside the office, Stephen enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that's on the lake, at the beach, or exploring new places with family and friends.
